One of my favorite things I did to my '95 was replace the exploded dash.

Put in a 180 thermostat, figured it was cheap and would help a bit.

Probably just gonna help you set a check engine code. For cooling system staying cold too long.

i don't understand why people like standard transmission trucks. they are great for driving down the highway with no traffic but suck in traffic jambs or around town. all the up shifting and down shifting gets real old real quick.

replaced my radiator cap. old one had a bad gasket and wasn't cycling coolant to/from the overflow bottle properly..

thats just cause youre lazy! i love driving a standard. self taught, and can drive anything.

id rather have a standard because an auto is extremely boring.

i don't mind driving it as long as i don't have to deal with traffic jambs or driving around town but then again a gas powered standard transmission truck with 3.07 gears is not really a great combination for driving around town or in traffic jambs. it may be why the truck can get 21mpg on the highway but can be a real pain to drive around town.
