after fixing a few rust spots on the rear fenders, painted the fenders with herculiner roll-on truck bed liner 
Oughta be near rust proof once I remove the plastic wheel well lining and cover the inside with bed liner also. About 1/4 of the cost of some plastic fender covers.

New PCV and Breather. (Breather was toast!) Also had a guy come in with a magnum and had removed his intake tube that runs over to the fender. Said it gave him 3mpg... I'm givin it a shot. Maybe build a custom ram air with some pvc????
