Today i fixed the exhaust. A few weeks ago I installed a magnaflow glasspack and forgot to put a hanger on which caused the pipe to crack between the cat and the o2 sensor. Got myself a adapter that fit over the pipe coming from the cat and fit inside of the pipe with the o2 sensor in it. Cut a slot out of the adapter for the o2 sensor to fit into and then welded it all up and welded a new hanger to the frame to keep it all in check. Also bought a new water pump which I will be tackling this weekend...

Yea, it's the hood in my sig pic.

On your door, have you checked the brackets that mount the door to the body?

When I got crashed into the front fender got pushed into the door a little which messed up the weld? of the bracket to the body, which caused the door to drop nearly 1/2" or so when you opened it.

Oh sorry I can't see pics on the mobile dodgeforum lol.

I checked the brackets to see if it bent in the mounting locations but I see no indications. But I was thinking maybe the bolted area might have slid or something...

That or the hinge itself could have been bent a little

I'll check it tomorrow. Hopefully that's all it is.

The door on my old '91 S10 Blazer dropped when opened too, I always thought it was the latch. The bracket on the body had come loose and had to be re-welded.

Closed like a new door after that.

Weighed the heavy son-of-b^tch 5400 with me in it leaves it at 5200 pounds give or take a couple gallons of gas. And this is a 2wd, but my toolbox does have some weight in it.

Got to drive it around with the freshly rebuilt tranny and it feels like new again.

Also got my new fuel pump in the mail, time to fix the gas gauge

Didn't don anything ON my Ram today, but spent $682 on paint, clear and supplies and another $400 on tools FOR my Ram. Be working on it again this weekend!
