I need paint suggestions, which I think would have to be a dark color. The kids are going to decorate them with any color/design that 5 yr olds can imagine.

Life is great do far. Being on the beach is amazing.

I finally put a muffler on on, and I took my front doors off so I could build a set of half doors

Get a 2nd job homie!!

Welding. Much more work to do bolting, more importantly the right way. That would entail beefy bolts and having them sleeved through the frame (with proper location). I don't want to deal with rattling over time. Plus, I wouldn't have a place to put them in the event of removal given their size. :chuckle: I did give this option serious thought. The family needs these to help get into the beast as they sneer at me all the time. "are you done yet?!!!!"

It didnt happen today, but it was a couple days ago. took the black nasty ugly steps off my truck. pain in the butt by the way. But all the black paint was peeling off so it looked fugly (hope im allowed to say that if not I apologize) Saneded them all down to shot 3 coats of primer on each step and let that all dry and then put 3 coats of bed liner over the steps. Have to say not only do they look like new they look better then they did when I bought them. here is my problem I like the truck better with them off, but now the gf is having a harder time to get in the truck. It's been raing every day since then. So for now the steps are off, but I suppose I will be nice when the rain stops and drys up and put the steps back on, at least they look a million times better
