Removed the factory amp from the aftermarket speaker i installed the other day in the driver's door. Left it hooked up, but decided to remove it because my head unit puts out the same watts, if not more. Waiting for the stock speaker on the passenger side to blow before I mess with that one.

Are you talking aqbout the Infinity amps? You could damage your head unit by leaving one side hooked up to those amps. When I put in my new deck I originally left the Infinity amps connected and my head unit heated up real bad, not to mention it sounded like poo. Once I disconnected the Infinity amps and just uses the amp in my head unit the sound was much better and the deck didn't heat up as bad. I had a post in the stereo subforum about it. With pics.
loaded it with a trailer with 50 square bales, now it sits in the barn till tomorrow when i unload it (didn't feel like unloading it after raking, and baling it and stacking it on that damn trailer)
Day 11 and counting. Still haven't driven my baby.
Miami, why don't you just sit in the truck, and make "wroom, wroom", noises, and turn the steering wheel a few times, that way you wont get the withdrawl jitters.
I put in my hellas and commenced to blinding traffic!!!!!!!!! Now am going to mod my mod so I can keep them as driving lights because of my cheezy halo knock offs. LOL I still like them though.
