I just stuck a piece of wire between the window and the seal and stuck it down by the lock area and pulled up on it. Apparantly there is some linkage down there, and it popped the lock right up. Took all of 3 seconds.

Techingeer in response to post 9407, the point was that your combined post-whoring in every friggin thread in the forum is getting really old, so cut it out please.

Gassed her up... She is ready to work again...

Hauled a bunch of material to my buddies house. (2x4s, big jacuzzi tub, plywood)

Gotta get her inspected this month still. Might not happen til after the holidays tho.

Walked out of 7-11 and see a large puddle of coolant under the truck, upon further inspection it must have been the guy that parked there before me....... poor bastard.

Took the throttle body off and gave it a good cleaning along w/ the IAC. Seems to run just a little smoother.

Had a look at the plenum, the plate itself looks clean but I did see some oil along the backside of it. My driveway kind of slopes down. I'll probably just go ahead and to the plenum thing.

Got my MBRP 5" stainless exhaust installed yesterday. Much better than the 4" aluminized it had previously (with holes).. Still have to get a tip, but I'm not too concerned about it right now.

Sounds great! I would leave it the way it is, tips are for ricers.
