lol Having to actually add oil to the 76. Been months since I've checked it on flat ground. Those gaskets need replacing.

^^^ So get a overhaul gasket set, get your tool box out and get to work and get dirty. You need to start doing your own work there guy, shops cost and this stuff don't fix itself.

I've got the valve cover gaskets.
Need to do those first, truck stinks too badly all the time. lol
Pan gasket will get done sooner or later. It will likely need two oil changes as the oil is diesel black. But the Ram gets priority ATM.

Started getting ready today for a neighboring counties local Jamboree

You think thats bad Dodge Dude, the civic once went 6 years without an oil change.... and 3 trips cross continent on that same oil!!That oil was THICK when I changed it.

lol. It's not thick. Truck seems to run a tad smoother with the oil and PS fluid topped off.

I ran the gas numbers, if I did this right, I'm getting 10.65 mpg in town.

Quick question, any one know how much of a lift would be needed to fit 35x12.5 tires on a 99 dodge ram 1500 5.9L

About 3-4 depending on the tires and wheels.

That doesnt sound right... Maybe tune up while your doing the rest of this stuff?
