My dad closed on a house with 3 garages yesterday...One for Purpl, one for the S-10, and one so I can restore an old garden tractor......

You cant buy a 1967 Sears brand new....

And to buy a tractor that is comparable in toughness, you'd have to fork out $3,500+ new.

Yes, I plan to use it for a while, restore, then use it for the next 30 years.

Purpl sence your setting back on the subject of tractors you know of any websites where i can find mower decks? My Dad has an old Cub Cadet Diesel and the deck is just rotting threw. I looked on ebay with little to know luck. any suggetions

I dont know of any websites that sell mowing decks, but there is a great forum for tractors where somebody may have something. MyTractorForum.com

why not just get some sheet metal and patch it up?

i was going to do that for now but its getting super thin everywhere. i trying to find a new deck for him for next spring.
