My neighbor's nephew has been staking out some spots on my property for deer and turkey hunting. This morning, he brought this weather service transmitter to the house that he found in an obscure part of my property. Seems it was launched on August 2012 via balloon. It has instructions for returning it to the NOAA, which I've already done.
