It should be on the air horn stamped into it. I will see what I can find for you.

Edit:Yep you can get them seperate about $9, you have to take the whole carb apart to install it, so better get a kit with all the gaskets. There are a couple of opts so I will not post part numbers.

ya. if the carb has not been touched in years the old gaskets may be a real pain to remove and will most likely tear. i know that i had the issue with the holley carb i bought.

Hmm...tearing the whole carb apart is not something I wanted to do.

I guess it will have to go on the list. Do you guys think that might be what's wrong with it though?

A bog can be too lean or too fat, off idle circuit could be plugged. Need to hook up a vac gauge to see what's going on. You have to learn sometime, find another carb to rebuild this way no biggy if you have a problem along the way. Does the vac advance work? test it.

Well, the idle air mixture screws don't do anything. I've chased leaks, to no avail. Finding another carb locally is like a needle in a haystack. Hardly anyone around here runs stock carbs anyhow and the factory units are always long gone. I don't know if the advance works or not, I plug it and it doesn't run any different.
