The Official 2nd Gen RAM Forum OT thread
Warning: Long post ahead, got a bunch of pics, sorta catching up...
Lol. Not too hard, just takes alot of time. You know, it's funny, I hadn't been getting emails from DF, and here this one comes thro. Lol. Funny coincidence.
I actually got a new phone. HTC Hero S, loving it. Well worth the $62.
Us Cellular just got a new plans system. It's terrible.
I hate iPhones. That's why US Cellular got their new plans system because they had to get a new billing system to accomodate iPhone 4 and 5. They're called Cr@p cellular for good reason...
In other news, we got a new to us van. 2003 Dodge Grand Caravan Sport, DVD, 3.3L, etc, 134K miles, $4000. Not a bad price, bought it from the Dodge dealer!
And had to have some fun with our ram. Lol.
Looking through some pictures at when we first got our Ford, compared to what it is now, WOW, $7000 makes a huge difference lol!
As we got it (notice the bare tires and dull paint)
And as it is today (Camera was a bit fuzzy, so the pic is fuzzy, sorry)
Playing around in the pasture with 2wd open diff (Lol):
Following the tractor on Hayday, using a mower that had been sitting for 7yrs till we used it, so I was following to make sure everything was okay. 1969 Ford 7 foot 3 point sickle mower.
Saw this Dodge (YEAH!) driving through town a month or two ago, was gonna post it but lost it on my phone until I set up the PhotoBucket app to automatically upload pics... I was about 200ft away.
I dont remember if I posted this up, had to tow the van into town 6 miles away because a dumb water pump broke off, and I couldn't get it out in my shop. Water pump turned out to be a $500 job as they had to remove oil pan, timing chain cover, etc. Sign is blacked out so I don't get in trouble with the mods for self advertising unintentionally (yah on another forum I got in trouble for that. Dumbos).

Working on the Dodge months ago:
My new air compressor. Yes literally new, only used once for a very short time. It's a 1986 Ingersoll Rand, bought it for $200, overhauled the carb and did regular maintenance, another $50. Not bad, brand new it cost over $600.
Amazing pic of oncoming storm (yes it was coming from the EAST, means really bad storm here):
Picture of our creek crossing (actually not ours, lol, just part of the creek we own part of) on Soap Creek:
Lol just had to catch up here! Enjoy.

Spent most of today without power. AEP is saying it was a "system overload", they had around 20,000 customers without power throughout the area.
Luckily it was pretty nice today once the sun warmed up.

I can attest to the impossibility to kill one of those older toyota trucks... Around here guys use em as farm trucks and parts go getters etc. They see the most amazing forms of abuse....
