went to get my daughter some food tonight, and on my way back i got lined up with a new model maxima with the 3.5L (not the newest, i think it was a 07 or 08) and i had my 96 maxima with the 3.0....all i have is a cold air intake, and a nice muffler....i won lol...he got me at the begininng, but then i put the pedal to the floor and i tached every gear and i won by about 2 car lengths...i was laughing my glutius maximus off...he took the corner and peeled out ( i was going straight) that must have pissed him off....and i have the automatic LOL

 

I raced a guy in a Mercedes AMG in the S-10 and lost.....What am I doing wrong?

 

The other day, I was in the wifes hemi Aspen and a guy in a newer Maxima tried to race me. I still beat him up to the speed limit, even though I was late on the throttle because I didn't even realize he was trying to race. I had a good laugh. He quickly changed lanes and went another direction.

 

How are you liking that Aspen so far, Silver?

We really like it. Took some time getting used to something with that many nice options. We kinda feel like we are driving something almost too bling. But we're getting used to it. It is very comfortable to take on trips of several hours, which we do frequently. The power is awesome too. I really have no complaints at all at this point.
