Picked up a used radiator shroud from a junkyard. I'm planing to do the GC Fan setup since I can get one of the recall fans from the dealer for $98.

You are closer to me than most, so I do have a set of control arms I am willing to let go pretty cheap, pm me if you are interested.

I like how I still don't have good heat after I put a new 195* tstat in and flushed the heater core.

Try installing a flush T right where the line comes OUT of the heater core, and use it as an air bleeder. See if that doesn't help.

You haven't read enough "low heat" threads on the Dodge Forum to understand that (for some strange & odd reason) these trucks are impossible to burp. The only, sure fire way to burp any residual air from these vehicles is to lift, park, or position the passenger front of the vehicle at an angle of somewhere between 40º and 52º. Bear in mind that the vehicle itself must be parked at an incline between 20º and 37º. Remember, this is done with the radiator cap removed and the engine at idle speed.***

**Read that post with a heavy dose of sarcasm; however, it's an accurate explanation of the procedure people insist is necessary.

Thanks guys. I guess that'll be my next step. Won't need heat for much longer when this weather decides to warm up.

I better go get a protractor though.

I had a clog (or one hell of an air bubble) in the heater core (I suspect), actually had to take an air compressor to the line and blow it out..

Worked like a charm!
