Welll atleast it isn't jacked way the hell up.. Personal taste if a dually is lowered right I'd take it over a jacked up dually. I think lifted dually's are just useless.

 

but a dually that low is probably also useless. it looks like the frame is sitting on the ground. if you wanted to do something like that why not use a 1/2 ton truck. no need for fancy 10 lug rims on a truck that will never tow anything.
