He eventually plead guilty to misdemeanor assault, and paid a 1000 dollar fine. Seems the man he shot wasn't actually IN his house..... He probably shoulda dragged him in, then no charges would have been filed.

Funniest part? The guy he shot asked that no charges be filed.
