Well I did some research on the JD 2640 NA diesel. It's gonna need a complete rebuild. Evidently the factory wet liner seals had problems with leaking at 5,000-6,000 hours, and ours has almost 6,000 hours on it. So it'll be a complete rebuild. I'm debating whether to turbo it or not, and just put light boost just to get some gains. I'd definately install a EGT gauge and boost gauge if I did.
