Funny. People that have money have it for several reasons. One may be because they do not waste it by paying WAY too much for things! He is off his rocker. That is common with some that have older cars and trucks. They want collector prices when they ahve not restored them. And many of the rrestorations I see are far too ametureish to be considered as restored.
