Got the mini-tort money from the other guy's insurance, (500 bucks) went to the yard, scored another tailgate (that was even the right color), and glass for 50 bucks. Pulled the bumper back into some semblance of it's original shape, and called it a day. Could barely tell it had been hit.

Other guys car though.... well, it tried to swallow my trailer hitch, and then didn't want to let go when he was pulled off. His car: Totaled.
LOL... That's why I always leave my hitch in even when I'm not hitched.

Got a dusting of snow, but it's already melting. Good thing .

What do you do when your internet provider is ripping you off?

Planning on finishing moving hay from the storage barn to our farm this coming Saturday . Gonna be using the Ford and a 1997 Ram 2500 Cummins turbo . Yes I'll get pics. It's putting out over 500RWHP.

up here you can get a ticket for leaving the receiver in when you are not towing for that reason. it causes extra damage and can make things more difficult to separate.

I actually think ppl should get tickets on that regularly. Not only for that reason you said, but also for safety reasons. Like in parking lots where nowadays parking spaces are more and more for smart chit cars (not that I park up front with them). I've seen older ppl walking around and accidentally tag the hitch. Quite a burner on one's shin, even worse for more elderly folks.

Some of these hitches are monstrous!! Some ridiculous altogether. I'm just saying...think of others in the public space when you have a hitch.

My truck got tapped in the rear... while in my driveway... by my sister.... in a honda civic. (She thought it would be funny to see how close she could get, or how far she could get under) Result - No damage to truck and receiver hitch cracked the windshield. She was more worried about her bumper hitting the tires and only paying attention to that. Funniest part was her running in, saying "I'm so sorry, I just hit your truck"
