First time I've tasted it!
Edit:
So anywho, finally back from Charlotte! Saturday was a great show. Papa Roach was incredible, Jacoby Shaddix got down and crowd surfed, my sister got to touch his foot, and he passed right by me
Halestorm was incredible too. Three Days Grace was great even without Adam, I gotta admit Deftones didn't seem all that impressive. Chino Moreno seemed to make more weird noises than anything. We didn't get a crap about Limp Bizkit. We were exhausted so we cut out before Alice in Chains
Than Sunday hit. What a total clusterf_ck Sunday was. The event is advertised as "Rain or Shine". And there does seem to be some weather predicting capabilities, but they didn't have anything ready for the rain Sunday. They delayed the start to get the stage clear of water and dry, than Nonpoint, Sunday's opening act had to leave, they finally got a band playing on the Jager Stage, then Volbeat had to cancel because of equipment failure.
So we watched Sevendust, he's incredibly hard to understand, but they put on a good show. Then there was Steel Panther. They are doing their damnedest to bring back 80's hair bands...
Buckcherry played in the rain, we were at the Carolina Stage getting ready for Rise Against so we didn't watch Buckcherry, we had excellent spots for Rise Against, waited almost 2 hours past their start time just to be told to go home
There were 4 or 5 bands they either played their whole show in the rain or part of the show in the rain, and it wasn't raining when they canceled the show, they canceled because of a lightning storm that was supposed to come over Charlotte...
Thing is, for the time we waiting for nothing, Rise Against could have played their set. Bush canceled, no word on Soundgarden, as they were the last show of the night.
People were throwing anything they could at the promoter or whoever got to tell us the show was over, he got hit like square in the chest, almost right in the face, it was great.
But on the bright side while we waited those 2 hours in vain there was LOTS of breasts out
(the t i t t i e s word gets starred) Actually, during HollyWood Undead there was a lesbian couple behind us and as we were walking to the next stage one of the girls let her bad boys out!
CR is supposed to announce Tuesday what they're doing to make Sunday up to us... I'd settle for a refund of half the total ticket cost.
Here's a link to some pics I took, http://s1223.photobucket.com/user/xf...?sort=3&page=1
Wasn't able to get pics of all the bands we saw...
