I just noticed that myself! Was wondering WTF!


So I went and measure the hole for the grommet on the valve cover, it's 1.25 HEAVY, closer to 1 3/8. Pretty sure the grommet I have is a 1.25, same size as at Advanced Auto, largest they have. And it's still loose. Even with the breather in.

Kinda annoyed...

And the electric start on the Arctic Cat is messing up, it just clicks, pull start works.

Some forums I checked out suggest either the solenoid or start itself.

 

Have you tried charging the battery?
