Are you dead lifting, or clean and jerking? I think you have your hands alternated for a dead lift, but It's hard to tell, it's a little out of focus.

How much was that?

ranked 2 in nation at age 14


i did do olympic competitions though, best clean and jerk was 315. ****** was 300. Stopped that quick though cuz of messed up back and cracked sternum
