Lot of places charge restocking fees, 20% is the going rate.
That said though in this day & age a lot of places have to go that extra mile to keep us PITA's happy

I for one did have a good experience with Hughes (Cdn distributor)
Few years back (just prior to everyone finding out SCT works) buddy got a FAST stand alone from KRC along with them modifying his harness.
Took them 1/2 a year to finally get them to return his harness after repeated calls.
Just the FAST took 4months to arrive cost him 2500+Cdn.
I got my FAST from Hughes Cdn distributor, to my door for $1975 Cdn incld tax.
Thats 500 & a lot of hassles I didnt have to go through. Put it towards their rocker & main girdles.
Only dealt with KRC once, took me 3months to the day to get my billet fuel rails. Charged me $450 with the June special that year. By the time they crossed the border & arrived at my door it wasnt too special at $654Cdn & a couple long distance calls to find out what was taking so long. Never dealt with Marty, Billy or whats her name since.

Marty and Billy have both left KRC, (retired I believe).

Its not even KRC any more, its Watson something or other, but the KRC web site still works.

Levi owns what's left with a partner.

The thing about customer service is that it's up and down. No company has perfect CS.
