Given, that IS a hell of a lot of work, and some creative engineering to get it done. The shaved handles and such is a cool feature. But, lowering just isn't my style..... My firebird got closer to the ground, (from stock) but, that was to make it handle better..... (I LOVED freeway driving in that car, it was a blast.....)

To each their own though.
Easy to drive, you raise it up to its ride height.

Airbag suspensions give you anywhere from 6"-9" of height adjustment depending on the system & quality of parts used
You set the alignment up for say 4/6 drop. Within 1" up or down things will be ok.
Below or above that you will have excessive tire wear due to toe in & camber being off too much.

Parking a bagged vehicle most guys drop them on the ground.
Hard to steal the rims/rubber if you cant get a jack under it to lift it.(thief moves on to easier prey)

As far as the statement about it needing bigger rims & bumper.
Easy to find fault with anothers ride, maybe it isnt finished?
Not everyone is rich enough or fast enough to get all the work completed all at once.

Dodge Rams are one of the hardest vehicles to bag.
If its a Chev or Ford their are all sorts of parts available.
Pretty well every Chev truck there is has bolt on kits available.
Basically nothing available for a Dodge Ram genII.
Need to fabricate your own control arms cause there is only a few choices of which most/all of it is junk.

Well, yeah, it's custom alright. Other than that, well, it's his truck and he can do what he wants with it, and my opinion doesn't matter.

That's the biggest lie I've ever heard. Everyone knows there isn't jack available as far as arms go for these trucks.

Couldn't have said it better myself.
Dodges, rather Mopar in general is not a popular enough brand to buy anything for, the new rams and for a while gen ll 4 bys being the exception.
Because it's a side view pic, maybe he has a rear roll pan.
If the suspension has been well constructed and engineered, he deserves kudos for being truly Dodge/Diffferent. The paint, for the type vehicle he has, is a bit stark. Since it is for sale why personalize it with a custom paint job? Consider it a fresh piece of canvas.
My guess...? He's frustrated because after putting the time and effort he did into it, guys with hacked chivys (with fancy paint jobs) are taking trophies home. I can empathize.

No, it's blocking 3 letters in a row... which in turn blocks Auto Trader. AutoTrader itself is not blocked. The 3 letters was part of a website that was spamming DF.
