Question Cold Start Idle Issues

I'm having this issue now with cold start idle. If I don't let it run this cycle it runs like crap. Is this normal for these motors? Or is there something I missed? I've done the Hughes Plenum and changed the IAC 3 times now. New gaskets and all. Here's a vid to further explain.

It will do that occationally when I come to a stop and put it in park or neutral. I removed the EGR, cleaned it, lubed the shaft, (HHAAA), and seafoamed it. Not much smoke so it must be clean. Runs like new now. Will have to see if the idle does that again tomorrow morning. It seems like it was searching for vacuum if there was a way to describe it. Now it seems fine but I'll let it sit over night before I check it.

Checked the TPS with the new multi-meter. It's fine. Still running a little rough. Man, I need another Beer.

Read the Post #3. Not the EGR valve. Starting to look toward the MAP or MAF sensor. Still at a loss.

BUMP!
