i wish i had a way of transporting and a place to store and work on vehicles. i have seen a few dodge truck with slant 6 with 5 speed but they where too far away for me to get them towed for a reasonable price. at one point in time my 81 had a slant six in it wit a standard transmission. now it has a automatic 318 . oh well. i have some big plans for the 318. might see about converting it back to standard transmission since the hole is still there in the floor.
olyer...10ft doors. Theres more room than what it looks like. we tried it out before i bought the place haha. I mean you couldnt get 3 full size trucks in there and work on them but 2 will fit or 1 and 1 car.
That is about what I need. I think this winter my dad and I are gonna knock down the block buildings and build a pole barn. Only need one 14ft door though (and a loft).
The crete looks nice, but no floor drains? Also, stopping the floor a half inch or so before the overhead door and then poured the outer apron slightly lower prevents any exterior water (driving rains) from possibly running under the door seal.
Looks damn good though... wish I had my own garage like that!
olyelr....there are floor drains. The drain runs acrossed all three doors. Its just taped opp in that picture. This weekend it gets wired and spray foam when they get to me. I hope within the month.

Oh, I see it now!
Are they spray foaming everything? Awsome product, but $$$$$!!!!! LOL
They quoted me 1700 bucks to do the walls. Thats for a R12. Only 2in think. But just the walls for now. They said they would do blow in in the ceiling for 800.
