Lets see your garages and workshops!
Here's where I'm at now. Not the prettiest garage but it's functional. Still moving things out to the shed. I really need to build more of a workbench.

The poor Dodge has to sit baking in the sun.

The new Husky box
. The Kobalt one seems to be a lot better quality IMO. I need to have some $ to start buying stuff again so I can get some stickers! lol

only pics I got of my shop are the ones I took that show when I had the transmission out of my truck when I was installing the double disc clutch.

anyway, there's two lifts in the left bay (twin post, and quad post behind it), no lifts in the right bay. 14' tall doors 16' ceiling. I dont remember the dimensions, but a 35' RV can park inside the bay on the right. (can't in the left due to the lifts)
large air compressor outside, air lines on both sides of the shop. 110 and 220 power running on both sides of the shop with standard outlets and welder outlets.
my truck has spent a lot of time on that twin post lift lol...
if it gives you any perception of ceiling height, the frame of my truck in the top pic is over 6' in the air...

lifts don't cost too much...its an investment for sure, but its worth it in the long run...costs about $2-3,000 for a twin post lift. that particular twin post is rated at 10,000lb capacity. and you also need your concrete to be something like 6" thick under the posts for them to bolt down to it and not be able to pull up the floor...
and of course you need the ceiling height for one...need like 10-12' at least
