Default More Sticky's

We need more stickies.

Not so much, "this is how you do it" but maybe "this is what ya need, this is where you 'can' get it".

I'm going to verify that my 5.9, er 2 (got me build sheet) does indeed have the stock plenum and needs to be replaced... 99.9% sure that it will and does. Getting together a parts list would be pretty simple if there were a sticky that listed recommended "while your there" and a bunch of links where to get em.

There are tons of links floating around on the board, but you have to sort through the hundreds of same posts to find the links. Maybe a parts and Links sub-thread attached to the DIY links?

If you have a manual and the truck isnt a 2500, you have a 5.2

yeah I know. Was mis-informed when I purchased the truck, and then took it at face value, and made it even worse by assuming "they" were right. I now know why my Vin never matched at the parts sites when it says Vin X, Vin Y, Vin Z. I didn't have a Z. LOL.

99.9 % of the parts are the same anyway, so it doesn't matter. As far as whether or not it's a 360 , the previous owner may very well have put a 360 in it, the 360 will bolt right up.
