Default Cab lights on 1500

Hey, is it unorthodox or g@y to put cab lights on a 1500. Ive consider it but I don't want to put holes in my roof. My cousin put lights on his 1500 and some his friends call him g@y for doing so. Just curious its a mixed opinion.

There are plenty of 1500's that came with cab lights. Probably a smaller percentage than the heavy-duty models, but it was definitly an option. I think your truck would look pretty good with them.

I like them and plenty of 1/2 tons came from the factory with them. I don't really see what the problem is with them. I would put them on my truck but I got a visor for free and the two don't mix. If I had the money I would get a visor with the lights built in.

I don't particularly care for them but a lot of people have put them on. I actually helped Max wire his on his white truck. I guess the more I see them the more they grow on me but I'd never put them on mine.

They look like little orange zits on the roof of your truck. Your truck isnt wide enough to necessatate cab lights.

Damn, if thats the case, you might want to order a giant bottle of proactive for the front of your truck! Just messing with you, its growing on me every time I see the pic.

But as the cab lights go, I personally like the look and have thought about putting them on mine as well, but not sure if i'm going to put more lights up top yet or not. But it all comes down to what YOU like and what YOU want to do to YOUR truck.

I personally don't care but a lot of guys I know make fun of other drivers for having cab lights on 1/2 tons and even Rangers/Dakotas. I love my cab lights. I think they look sweet.

I never used to care for them, but they are growing on me to the point where I am also thinking about putting a set on mine
