I have a friend that lived in N.C and thinks it is fun to do that.

 

Heh. I was launching bottle rockets with the scream and report out of a glass bottle and thought it'd be cool to turn one upside down into the bottle. After being called stupid by everyone there and making sure I didn't need to pick glass out of my legs, I chalked that up to a lesson learned.

 

A couple years ago, we shot of a mortar it went up up up... stalled.... came down.. down.. BOOOM! Good thing there was more then 10 people to put out the fires cause we were in a field of dry grass...
