Exclamation Brakes seem weak...

Hey all, Ive got a 99 dodge ram v8 5.9L, I've noticed a couple of times that my brakes dont feel that strong. I feel like the brakes should be a little more sensitive and not so "spongy" as I have seen others say. I had a problem a while back where my brake lines blew, luckily I didnt hit any one or anything. But along with the repair came new lines as well as new calipers and pads. The truck stops fine normally but there have been a couple of times on the highway when some Ahole slams on their brakes and I literally bring my pedal to the floor and I still feel like I am going to hit them. Luckily that has never happened. It is not a urgent issue but if there are ways that can help out with this problem please let me know. I am thinking that I probably need new rotors.. but i'm sure theres a little more than just that. Please give me any suggestions that you have or products that have successfully worked for you! thanks a lot!

if you got all the air out of the line when you the brakes where bleed the front brakes your adjuster in the rear brakes might be seized up and not adjusting like it is suppose to.

If you paid someone else to do the work, and your brakes are not working as good as, or better than before, take it back.
