Funny, if you then look at the True Trac section in the FAQ, it says this:
http://www.eaton.com/EatonCom/Produc.../FAQ/index.htm

What is the warranty?
The Truetrac unit is covered for one year from date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship up to a 38.”

The placement of the period is odd since it is inside the ". So not sure if they where trying to say 38" (38 inch) or not. Very confusing wording. I think you should just call them and ask.

My truck has LSD, my brothers truck(lowered chevy) had a g-80 locker, that thing was so easy to drift just gun it and its sideways through a turn...but if you dont want to slide it around you just let off the gas through the turn, wet weather is just like driving something with alot of power just get into gas slow and let off in turns and you wont even notice it back there(other than the noise, but between tires, exhaust and radio how much does it bother you).

I would upgrade to a locker if it wasnt so cheap to rebuild my LSD, but since your already spending the money I would go with locker, will definately make a difference in traction on them trails and mud, just have to watch out for the rearend coming around, them tires moving at same speed can overcome you if your tires arent straight

Thanks Silver
Ok so I just got off the phone with Eaton customer service line. they said the True Trac can handle up to 38'' tires. That is their current max tire size.

What do you guys think. I'm kinda leaning towards the True-Trac I mean I would like a locker, but the LSD in my truck has been really good to me. Not to mention Hammer and Silver seem to think LSD is the way to go.

It's the way to go for the way I use my truck. I can't say if that would be the right choice for you.
