Valve seals...
No.
It is a time consuming job....... but, doesn't require head removal. You will have to come up with a way to keep the valves from falling into the cylinder though.... Either pressurizing the cylinder, stuffing a rope in there, or something similar. Not a bad job, just time-consuming.

yea its very simple....just pull valve covers, and rocker arms, then you need to put some pressure, like heyyou said, into the cylinder. and theres a special tool you'll need to remove them, not sure what it is tho...

its called a ...............drum roll............. valve spring compressor.
there's an air pressure valve thingy you can screw into the spark plug hole to hold the valve up... but you have to pray it doesn't leak.
another way is to remove all plugs. one cylinder at a time, locate the top of the compression stroke. then rotate the piston down. thread in some small soft rope through the spark plug hole. then rotate the piston back up to the top until it stops on the pinched rope. remove valve springs, change the seal, reinstall.
