Default resize pictures?

how do i resize my pics from pc to the fourms format or size? i really would like to get up some pics. that way it would be easier for any suggestions later on

Upload your pics to Photobucket, host them there. They have tools for doing all sorts of neat things with your pics. Just use image tags to post them in threads.

a good program to run on your pc to rotate, resize, crop, and save is IrfanView. its a free download.

edit - as said, don't try to upload pics to DF. too much hassle. upload them to photobucket or other, and just post the IMG code here.

Just to add a little tidbit... for some people, posting IMG tags seams to be a difficult procedure for some reason. Another very simple way to add a picture into your post is simply by copying and pasting it (you know, right click, then copy, then paste). But, it has to be on the INTERNET to do that, no just from your own computer.
I also recommend photobucket. Its easy and free.
