PA dodge fabricated his own with durafix. Does not need to be that thick. PA dodge is no longer here anymore...after he sold his dodge.

He refused to pay that much for the setup from TCP.

The aluminum shroud is a little over priced from TCP, but I don't have the means to make one myself or know anyone in town that can do it, so I went with that one.

This allowed me to mount them in different locations (I will post pictures later). I used the Flex a lite 31165 controller with the single speed Mark VIII fan. This fan puts out a little more than the two speed but does require a varible speed controller. I read it puts out around 5000 cfm.
It also pulls a TON of amps. Hope you have one of the nicer factory alternators (there were several offered from the factory for our trucks over the years).

Does the aftermarket overflow bottle have a place in the bottom for your windshield washer fluid sensor and motor?

haha, no worries jason, I wasn't ragging. I want that TCP fan setup!!! But I might buy the shroud and a couple E-fans. Is it hard to rig the controller when you piece together the setup? Did you fuse anything?

Sorry took me so long to reply.

I fused EVERYTHING. Probably a little paranoid, but better safe than sorry. I have the fan relay (designed for two fans) wired directly to the battery. A 40A fuse between them. I have a 20A fuse on each fan wire as well.

I have the air conditioning activation wire going into my cab to a manual switch. If I want them on for cooler air, or any other reason, I flip the switch.
