just wanted to say I wished i had shopped around and compared before I bought scantool with obdwiz. got some good points, and it can read codes if your showing them, but doesnt live up to what they say when it comes to the ram. my email to the support link provided in help section comes back as no such address. email the sales link, and they just send you back a "sorry"

 

i havnt looked it up yet, but is it a complete scan tool Like the snap-on ones that run $6K?

 

well no, I'm sure its not. and I shouldnt complain seeing as little money I spent. I mean I couldnt have got a hand held code reader any cheaper. At the time, I was frustrated by the lack of support they promise, and the expansive knowledge base they have basically tells you what obdII is, which anyone buying it probably already knows.
