Default buzzer in a 99 dodge ram 1500

On a 99 dodge ram 1500 3.9 2wd
I am trying to figure out how to repair the buzzer on my wifes truck. I need to remind her that her lights are on. And i have also notice that the wipers are not working intermittently they go either low or high no mater were you have the delay switch. any ideas would be great thank you.

Fix the wipers first, see where that gets you.
Your multi-function switch, (READ: WIPER THINGY) might be screwed up causing the wiper failure, and possibly other problems.

Grab the 01 service manual from the FAQ section here, that will have the wiring diagrams you will need to sort this one out.

And: Welcome to DF.
