I am going to buy two more so I will have four under the bumper two pointing straight back and one on each side pointing out at a bit of an angle so I can see off to either side of the truck.
With no rear lift I think you'll rip them off when you go off road.
Take a couple boards like fence slats or something (1/2" x 1") and zip tie them/duck tape them to where you want to mount the lights and have them hanging down about 5" below that point (4" light and mounting bracket). Then drive up and down that hill in your signature picture (with the rear end hitting it first when going up) or anywhere else that has any steeper hills that you might drive on and see if you rip the boards off.
If you don't then that's good but it will save you some money if you do rip the boards off compared to ripping the lights off.
I got my two rev lights mounted and I am going to hook them up to come on when I put my truck in rev and so I can turn them on with a switch. But I cant find a dual position on/on switch in 12v DC. Does anyone know where I can get one?
Old thread yes... Just an update, getting two more of these lights! Still got the same two as i had when started this thread and they are still working AMAZING.
Another bump. Lights are still working amazing! Hopin to get another set tmrw. Just a note... Like your brights you MUST turn these off with traffic. They are about 5 times or more as bright as our headlights on bright.
