well i bought these headlights off of ebay for $60,ive really never been a fan of led lights but these looked good and had a decent price.


they make my truck look so much more aggressive, and they make my regular light bulbs look so much brighter! the only thing is they are a 1-piece design instead of the stock 2-piece, so you really cant adjust the aim off the light beam.

the only problem im having is 1 led on each light is out!



sent emails to the seller with no reply! damn looks like i have to open a case with ebay.

anyways next is hid lights!

What do you expect? They were $60. I would be happy if they didnt crumble in my hand.

 

did you seriousy paint over the ram badge on the grill?

 

you should have checked the connection before installing completely probrably just a loose wire

 

actually yes i expected for them to fully work because i bought the brand new, and the only reason i got them for $60 is because ive been searching ebay for a month.

yes i did paint over the dodge emblem, i think the 2nd gen emblems are ugly.
ive also removed the dodge script from the tailgate.
im planning on getting a giant ram head off a 3rd gen tailgate and mount it on my brush guard

and i didnt think of checking them before i installed them, i was excited to install new parts.

also the seller on ebay is gonna replace these lights with a new set!

 

Hell, those are uglier than the 2nd gen emblems.

 

a few things to have in mind. when buying lights to get a decent one they should be DOT compliant, if yours are they should have adjusting screws in the back of the housing. good luck with your new add on

 

I mounted a ram statue off a 1gen on the hood

 

i know someone who mounted a ram statue similar to the first gens but it had a light inside it and the eyes had a certain color on them it looked awesome.

 

I could be mistaken, but I believe JC Whitney used to sell the "eyes light up" Ram hood ornaments. I don't think they do anymore, so they are a pretty rare find.

Personally, I like my hood the way it is.
