^At idle, there will be exhaust pressure, but not enough when its being driven.

It might not be really bad NOW, but it will be.

Down the intake it appears wetish with some what i would say is dirt or grime, is it blown?

Keeps it from rusting. Works inside the doors too, since they rot from the inside out.
