Well that was short lived. Only put the leg on for a couple hours Wed and Thurs for only 15 minutes at a time. Got up Friday and the wound is opened up again.So God only knows how long I have to wait this time. Oh well, I'm sick of taking care of a house anyway. LOL

i've been out of town for a couple of weeks and missed this thread.
hang in there zman and keep fighting. it'll heal up but it may take awhile.

Finally getting new more permanent(carbon fiber) leg tomorrow. I'll take some pics if anyone cares to see it, LOL.

Carbon fiber leg socket, titanium ankle joint, and carbon fiber foot with a real looking rubber or whatever foot over it, so your shoe fits.

How about asymmetrical pants? To show off your cool paint job? Not like you have to worry about the leg being cold. Who knows, you may start a new fashion trend. (which I know is one of your main goals in life.......)
