Default Not a dodge, but hoping you guys can help

I know this is a dodge ram forum, but being there are some knowledgeable people on here and lack of a good forum like this for this car, was hoping you guys could help.

So my girlfriend has a 2003 Ford Focus that has a few issues i'm trying to fix for her. First, her front power windows (its a 5 door hatch) quit working. At first just once in a while they wouldn't work and often turning the car off and restarting would get them working, finally they quit working altogether with the passenger window stuck down, the passenger window switch won't move the window either. Rear windows work fine. First thought was the switch, replaced that and still isn't working.

Second is her A/C. When on the lowest setting (1), the AC works. When it is turned to any setting past "1", the AC light goes off and you can hear the clutch disengages. The blower motor is working fine as it blows on any setting, just the clutch won't stay engaged and the air gets warm.

Again, i know this isn't a forum for this, but if anyone has any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated.

Lol. She actually had a Dodge Stratus, until someone decided to blow a light totaling her car giving her a concussion and dislocating her knee cap. This ford has actually served her well for the most part. I must say though, as much of a POS as the stratus' have a reputation for being, it was a pretty reliable car.

As far as the AC is concerned those symptoms would lead me to think it's the panel that has gone bad. The windows: Do the rear windows work fine? If not, check the fuse. It's funny that both windows stopped working. If it's not the fuse I would almost think its a wiring issue. I'm not an expert by any means but I will dig around and see what I can find.

Depending on where the window wires run and in which harness that could all be a wiring issue.

Any way to check if the panel is bad short of just replacing it?

The rear windows work fine. Fuse is good, should have mentioned i checked that too. I too thought it was weird both stopped together, or pretty much together. Like i said it has done it a few times prior, but would always eventually start working again, until one time we both got in the car and started to roll the windows down. Hers wouldn't move, mine (passenger side) went down half way and quit. To me at this point it seems like a wiring issue too, but odd for it to fail like this.

Go the motors and directly apply a ground an power if they move instantly in a normal way the motors are fine. Check the fuse and swap a known good relay in first though bnefore you pull the panel. Also can check the door switch while you pull the panel.
