new intake i put on yesterday, its an edelbrock proflo.

They look cool, and flow good, but, don't filter worth a damn. If you take your truck off-road, drive down dirt roads, or other similarly dusty conditions, you aren't going to want that filter on there.

And make damn sure the rubber gasket(hood seal) on the cowl doesn't leak water.

i read horror stories on those, i bought one and made me take it off lol . like carb setups with backfires catches the foam on fire. pieces breaking off and getting sucked in. not a good setup your oil will be really dirty so change more often.

better off buying a 14x3 for 20 more bucks where u got the foam intake

my seals are good they dont leak at all. and i dont drive it off road or in dusty areas.

ive had the intake on for several days now it gets on it a little bit better then it used to nothing drastic it sounds alot meaner tho you can hear the air dumping in there.. and im not sure if its done much for gas at all dont really are cause its sh**y mileage either way

havent had any problems with water either been through the car wash 2 or 3 times no problems.
