Rear End Idea
#11
I have never welded a rearend on any of my vehicles but, I helped a buddy do his on a bronco, when done right you dont have to worry about it breaking because it will be plenty strong enough if you know how to weld.
Everyone thinks that driving on wet roads is so bad with a locker or spool but its not just have to know its back there. Epic driftage.....still need some power to spin them tires
I would suggest against doing it to a DD, but if your deadset on it, your gonna be looking at more wear from the back tires, scrubbing will going slow, pushing while going slow and some mad traction.
A lockright would be a better idea
