Default Power outlet not working

Hey guys, sorry if this has been asked but i didn't see it.. my power outlet and cig. lighter dont work are they on the same fuse? i changed the only fuse i seen that was bad.. i Have a 98 ram quad cab any ideas? are there other fuses? any help would great...

i believe cig lighter and power outlet are different fuses. power outlet is in the pdc panel next to battery (pic above) and i think the cig lighter fuse is in the end of the dash.
