Default front end vibrations

Hi,
I have 1999 Dodge Ram Quad Cab 4x4 Sport with about 91k miles on it. I've been feeling a vibration coming from the front end at slow speeds. Seems to go away around 30 mph or so. Lately its gotten pretty bad. I have all terrain tires on right now and they are pretty worn but not to the point their bald yet. I replaced the brake pads and rotors about a month ago thinking that was the problem but it didn't help at all. Im thinking maybe the wheel bearings but I don't know. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Jack it up, and roll the tires by hand. If your bearings are that bad, you should be able to feel it. May also be a u-joint binding.
