Default Exhaust Ideas

So i'm looking into doing some exhaust work on my truck. What are some ideas to give it the loudest sound possible while still looking nice and sounding good. Don't say open headers and straight piping right off the downpipe, cause that's not happening. I'm looking for full exhaust ideas. I was thinking of putting dual flowmaster super 10's [yes i know they're for offroad use] and have them coming out infront of the rear tires. What other options are there?

Yeah, my dad thinks they sound like **** and doesn't want me 'trashing the truck.' I personally like the sound of it, but i've also been told to look at cherry bomb extremes.

I like the deep tones of MagnaFlow. Y Pipe it from the muffler back, may not be as LOUD as others, but should have a nice deep rumble.

I just put a cheap $25 Exhaust Tip on my tailpipe, because i just hated it not being chrome. It adds a little deeper rumble, but is mostly for looks. If you really want a new sound, get a flowmaster.

How about doing a "search" on this topic, there are many threads about exhaust systems and their sounds. Your Dads worried about glass packs yet you are putting on super 10's, why put any mufflers on it.

That's what I said. He just says they sound like **** cause it's a cherry bomb and not a Flowmaster. I know super 10's are practically the same and cheaper, he's just like that though. I'm really interested in the cherry bomb extreme, it seems like it makes a really nice sound overall.

I love the way my true duals (2.25'' pipe and 12'' glasspacks) with no cat sound. It is VERY loud. That's with stock y pipe and manifolds. I had similar exhaust systems on a 91 S10 with a mild 350, 86 Monte Carlo SS, and 94 Mustang GT and thought the Dodge would be quieter because of longer piping but it's a lot louder than any of them. If you want something like a glasspack but not titled a glasspack get Dynomax race bullets.

Aeroturbine AT3030! New Y pipe, to 3" pipe, to either a high flow cat or straight piece, to the Aeroturbine, dumped after axle. Can't beat it
