You ever look at the sodium numbers on the cup of noodles (I think Nissin makes it, they're like 30 cents apiece) or the Maruchan Yakisoba rectangle packs of noodles? Chunky soup is another one that's insanely high in sodium.
Talking about sodium, have you ever looked at that chart at Burger King that has all the nutrition info for their sandwiches? The Triple Whopper value meal (small coke and fries included) has 1760 calories, 34.5 grams saturated fat, 97 grams of fat, 225mg cholesterol, 2 grams trans fat, 75 grams protein, 62 grams sugar, 153 carbs and 2030 grams sodium.
My favorite thing on the menu isn't much better. The Tendercrisp value meal has 1280 calories, 10.5 grams saturated fat, 60 grams of fat, 0.5 grams trans fat, 70mg cholesterol, 34 grams protein, 59 grams sugar, 158 carbs and 2040 grams sodium.
You can look at their nutrition info here http://www.bk.com/en/us/menu-nutrition/index.html

Ramen noodles, FTW

Easy as hell to make and can be left in your dodge and cooked about anywhere.
