Default Cheap easy meals!

Okay,

So I know that most, if not all, of you have been in a situation where owning a Dodge truck has gave your bank reason to call you up and ask if everything is okay.

On that note, what are your favorite "Broke-a$$" meals? And how would you rate them for taste, easyness to make and of course, affordability!

Lets hear em.

1 lb ground beef
2 cups uncooked rice
w/e spice is in the cubbard (hot sauce, chili powder, garlic, etc...)
Something to make a sauce with, mustard, ketchup, mayo...

Cook up rice, set aside.
Cook up beef with spices and sauce.

Makes enough for two meals. Tastes different everytime!

easyness 10/10
taste 5-8/10 depending on what you toss in
Affordability 7/10 depends on cost of beef!

Chicken legs u can get them frozen for around $5 a can of cream of mushroom some butter and seasoning put it in a pan bake it till the chicken is falling apart tender and enjoy. Homemade fried chicken is a little bit more but still cheaper and really good. Keep in mind though this is coming from a guy who cooks with pesto and wasabi a couple times a week

In the summertime: Trout, wild asparagus, whatever edible greens I might happen to find, maybe some cactus. In late summer, add berries.

In the winter: Rabbit. Acorn mush if I gotta.

Any time: Whatever pheasants I might see who've escaped the dude ranch.

College pizza:

bed of rice
pizza sauce
some toppings if available
cheese
microwave for 10-15 seconds to melt cheese

Eat with fork. Tastes just like pizza.
