Buy it for what? Do you need it? If you don't it'll just be a money pit. If you do, it'll still be a money pit. Your call though.

That's still fairly cheap to pickup "project truck". If you got the ability to get parts for whatever it's gonna need I say go for it.

or you could swap out the rear ends, get it running right and sell it for mods on your truck.

That sounds like a way better deal than mine was lol. If it runs and comes with the right rear for it (should be a Dana 80 series) then I would get it. Hell, you could throw the rear in it and sell it for $5k.

Seems like a great deal. I'd at least check it out. You could always part it out if it would cost too much to fix.
