Torque App and Bluetooth OBD Adapter

well I got my adapter today....and even though the transmission is out of commision till at least tomorrow I must say I am impressed at the capabilities.... makes me want to get a 10" android tablet and stick it on the dash permanently.... Also the differences between the versions (1.4-1.5) are actual changes to the board layout inside to improve things it seems.... mine seemed to work fine but I pulled it apart to see which versin I had and saw a broken pinched wire where the screw mount was so repaired it... the poor quality control is kind of expected from such an inexpensive unit..

When you pulled it apart was there a usb port on the end of it? Mine has a black plug where the port would be. I have seen some that have a port instead of a plug that look exactly like mine so I'm wondering if I pull the plug will I find a usb port.

I found it works way better in my Toyota company car as far as working features in torque...

I just wanted to add in on the tranny temp sensor. I've got a scanner, it's an Injectronic CJ4 that I bought the enhanced Chrysler pack for and when running the live data from the Chrysler pack it actually does show the tranny temp. HeyYou in another thread told me in the 96 and newer trannies, the governor pressure sensor has the temp sensor tied into it.
I'm not sure how accurate they are as mine was reading maybe 10 degrees F high in the morning when the truck was cold and only reached ~150 degrees F when fully warmed up.
